Clock Tower

Constructed in 1952 by Derby Sons of London, renowned for building Big Ben, the structure carries a legacy of craftsmanship and excellence.

For decades, the iconic clock tower of the Islamic Educational College stood as more than just an architectural landmark, it was the community’s heartbeat. Built by Derby Sons of London, UK, the same renowned firm behind the construction of Big Ben in 1952, the tower carried with it a legacy of craftsmanship and precision.

Its chimes echoed through the streets of Jabal Amman, becoming a familiar rhythm of daily life. So trusted was its accuracy that residents would set their watches by it, relying on its steady toll to keep pace with the hours of their day.

More than a timekeeper, the clock became a symbol of heritage, discipline, and unity, an enduring reminder of the school’s deep roots in both history and community.
