The kindergarten - Jubeiha

Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging early learning environment that effectively supports the diverse needs of children and families in our community and creates a foundation for children to be able to enter Kindergarten as a lifelong learner and a critically-thinking citizen. We aim to build an equal, open, diverse and enthusiastic community of learners, where the interaction of learning and teaching nurtures the children to grow into creative, happy, intercultural communicators who are understanding and become cooperative lifelong learners. The IEC kindergarten program is a recognized program known for providing excellence through early learning experiences to young children in our community.

We have gathered a group of like-minded teachers who are educated in international education. They collaborate new learning and teaching models in their teaching practice in response to changes in the world. We actively empower each teacher's work, learning and growth. We support teachers in their professional development to become more integrated in knowledge and practice in order to provide valuable contributions to the educational environment.

Adhering to an equal and open attitude, we are willing to establish strategic partnerships with parents. We pay attention to the value and sustainable development of the education environment. We actively learn from the world's leading and scientific education concepts to jointly promote the healthy development of young children.

Our curriculum, which encompasses 27 weekly lessons, focuses on Islamic education, mathematics, science, Arabic, and English. We integrate international educational systems (American and IB) and offer music, sports, and computer studies to foster holistic student development.

The curriculum emphasizes essential foundational knowledge to prepare children for future educational endeavors. The kindergarten is committed to fostering academic growth and social and emotional development through engaging play-based learning activities, prioritizing the cultivation of essential future skills to prepare students for success.

Our meticulously designed Arabic and English curricula have been thoughtfully tailored to incorporate interactive elements that captivate and involve our students in a dynamic learning process. This approach provides a unique educational experience that fosters greater engagement and understanding.

 The Arabic Curriculum

The chosen Arabic language curriculum for kindergarten aims to foster the holistic development of children by emphasizing brain-based learning and avoiding monotonous and predictable teaching methods. The curriculum is designed to integrate educational experiences and relate learning to real-life situations. Additionally, it includes age-appropriate thinking tools sourced from internationally recognized thinking programs, which have demonstrated their efficacy in educational contexts worldwide.

Our English curriculum is designed to inspire and empower learners by utilizing the Global Scale of English. This helps students gain a precise and accurate understanding of their English language abilities, boosting their confidence and motivation.

Throughout our academic year, we structure our curriculum around central themes, each supported by educational activities rooted in inquiry-based learning. These activities provide our students with the opportunity to explore and acquire knowledge in a hands-on way. Additionally, we organize weekly activities, talent development opportunities, and competitions in both Arabic and English to enrich our students' learning journey and foster the development of their individual talents.

The learning environment is well-equipped with modern resources, creating an engaging and conducive space for learning. Al- Jubeiha Kindergarten takes pride in its inclusive and diverse international setting, aiming to provide an exceptional introduction to learning and socialization. The campus provides ample space for educational, recreational, and exploratory activities, encouraging students to learn and grow in a safe and inspiring environment.

Al-Jubeiha Kindergarten features six classroom sections for KG1 and nine for KG2, accommodating an enrollment of 300-350 children.

The facilities include 15 classrooms, a spacious dining cafeteria, a music room, a computer lab, a library stocked with Arabic and English literature, a sports-equipped gym, a private swimming pool, and two game yards for indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a well-rounded learning environment for all students.
