Admission Policy

Admission Policy

Admissions are granted by the school principal based on the following criteria, with the school reserving the right to accept or reject any student:

  • Belief in the vision and mission of the Islamic Scientific College Schools.
  • Admission of students without regard to gender, race, religion, and/or nationality, provided they fall within the accepted age group and meet all admission requirements.
  • The student’s mental, physical, health, and psychological well-being.
  • Priority is given to siblings.
  • Re-registration of any student who was expelled from the Islamic Scientific College Schools within the past two academic years, for academic or behavioral reasons, is not allowed.
  • Students and/or parents must not have harmed the Islamic Scientific College Schools, its staff, or its students through any written, verbal, or visual means. Otherwise, the school reserves the right to deny the student's registration for the following academic year.
  • The school apologizes for not admitting auditing students at any educational level.
  • The school reserves the right to amend the admission policy at any time during the academic year.

General Provisions:

  • Admission and registration processes for the new academic year begin in February of each year.
  • Completion of admission procedures must adhere to the school's regulations.
  • Payment of annual tuition fees and other charges must be made by their due date and according to the school's financial policy.
  • The school reserves the right to close registration once the class is full.
  • A new student is considered enrolled in the Islamic Scientific College Schools upon signing the contract and paying the fees within one week of acceptance.
  • The Islamic Scientific College Schools adhere to the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education (admissions and registration, promotion and failure instructions, disciplinary regulations, establishment and licensing rules, and all other regulations issued by the Ministry).
  • The school does not deal with cases requiring early intervention, such as various forms and degrees of autism, hyperactivity, epilepsy, and additional electrical activity, among others.

- Returning students are not automatically considered enrolled in the schools. A seat must be reserved by paying the reservation fee before April 30. Otherwise, they will have the same registration priority as new students.

- For students from kindergarten through sixth grade, the parent must sign the Code of Conduct. For students from seventh to twelfth grade, the Code of Conduct must be signed by both the student and their parent.
