Student Mohammad Jamal Al-Masri, from the Islamic Scientific College Schools, won for his expressive artwork addressing bread leftovers and their importance in the context of food preservation, as part of the Second Drawing Competition held on the occasion of World Food Day.
The competition was organized by the Academy of Art and Culture at the Islamic Scientific College Alumni Club, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
Mohammad Jamal Al-Masri also had the honor of presenting a commemorative gift to Her Royal Highness Princess Basma bint Ali bin Nayef, the patron of the ceremony. The gift was a collective artwork featuring pieces by the winning students, in a gesture reflecting creativity and appreciation.
