Jabal Amman Girls School participated in the Track and Field Championship

In a new achievement added to its record of athletic excellence, Jabal Amman Girls School participated in the Track and Field Championship for both the Secondary and Upper Elementary stages, organized by the Education Directorate of Qasabat Amman, and achieved outstanding results across various events.

Secondary Stage Team:

The team was crowned first place and won the championship cup after an exceptional performance by its students. The results were as follows:

  • Raya Mahmoud (Grade 8): 1st place in Triple Jump, 2nd place in 100m Run.

  • Doha Al-Qadi (Grade 12 – Academic): 1st place in High Jump.

  • Juman Mansour (Grade 8): 2nd place in Long Jump.

  • Maha Abu Gharbieh (Grade 9): 2nd place in Shot Put.

  • Noor Jaber (Grade 10): 2nd place in 1500m Run.

  • Jawaher Al-Subeihi (Grade 11 – Academic): 3rd place in Javelin Throw.

  • Sabeen Al-Hares, Sadeen Al-Hares, Aya Al-Nabulsi, and Noor Jamoos: 3rd place in the 4×400m Relay.

Upper Elementary Stage Team:

This team also delivered an impressive performance, earning the second place cup in total points. The results were as follows:

  • Raya Mahmoud (Grade 8): 1st place in Long Jump and 1st place in High Jump.

  • Sarah Khattatbeh (Grade 8): 1st place in Triple Jump and 2nd place in 800m Run.

  • Maha Abu Gharbieh (Grade 9): 1st place in Discus Throw.

  • Raya Mahmoud, Juman Mansour, Julie Al-Najjar, and Maha Abu Gharbieh: 2nd place in the 4×100m Relay.

  • Dana Al-Samman, Bana Abu Khas, Sarah Khattatbeh, and Zeina Jamoos: 3rd place in the 4×400m Relay.
