Islamic Educational College Schools – Al Jubaiha Boys Section organized an educational and recreational school trip to southern Jordan, which included visits to several prominent historical and tourist sites in Ma'an, Wadi Rum, and the city of Petra.
The trip aimed to enhance learning beyond the classroom and connect students with national and historical landmarks. During the visit, students learned about the history of the city of Ma'an and its role in the development of the Jordanian state through a visit to the King Abdullah I Palace, where they explored the life and national achievements of the founding king.
The students also enjoyed the unique desert landscape and breathtaking scenery of Wadi Rum. In addition, they visited the Rose City of Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, where they learned about the history of the Nabataean civilization.
This trip comes as part of a series of extracurricular activities that the school is committed to organizing for its students.
